How the pod works

You get a fixed monthly price for a pod: 2 to 4 senior engineers plus me as architect. Weekly demos, direct Slack access, your repos, your cloud. Scale the pod up or down month to month. Every engineer is cross-trained across full-stack and DevOps, the same cross-training that let me run production infrastructure without a separate DevOps function.

Why not a big outsourcing vendor?

You've read the horror stories: rotating juniors, layers of project managers, ten people billed to do the work of two. The lean model is the opposite, and it's documented in my own numbers. Is this staff augmentation, or offshore software development?+
