Regulation and data
Three regimes can apply and which one matters depends on where you are registered. Onshore, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection governs how personal data is processed and transferred. Inside the DIFC and the ADGM, each free zone runs its own data protection law with its own transfer rules, and financial firms there are used to being asked exactly where processing happens. In all three cases the practical answer is the same: a deployment inside infrastructure you control, with the model never calling out, removes the question instead of arguing it.
Contracting and payment
You contract with an individual consultant based in India, so no UAE entity, trade licence or local sponsor is involved on our side. Invoices are issued in USD or AED. Your own VAT position at five percent and corporate tax at nine percent are handled by your finance team as they would for any overseas supplier, and whatever documentation they need is provided before work starts.
Working hours
Ninety minutes behind Delhi, so the working day is effectively shared. Calls at any hour that suits you, and same-day replies Monday to Friday.
Do you have a UAE entity or trade licence?
No, and you do not need us to. You contract with an individual consultant based in India, invoiced in USD or AED. Your finance team treats it as any other overseas supplier, and any documentation they need is provided before work starts.
Can the whole system stay inside the UAE?
Yes. The deployment runs in your own cloud account in a UAE region, or on your own hardware, with the model served privately and no outbound calls. That is usually what a DIFC or ADGM firm needs in order to get an internal approval at all.
How does the working week line up?
Well. India and the UAE both work Monday to Friday, and Delhi is ninety minutes ahead of Dubai, so you get a full shared working day rather than a handover window.
Do you have a local office here?
No. You contract with an individual consultant based in India, which is exactly why the cost is what it is. If your procurement requires a locally registered supplier, we work as a subcontractor to your local partner instead.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency bills you for a team and staffs it with whoever is free. Here there is no bench, no account manager and no sales commission in the price, and the engineer on your first call is the one writing the code. The trade-off is honest: you get depth from one senior person rather than breadth from five.
Can you work with our existing team?
